RIBA Venues Day Delegate Package

RIBA Venues is a creative venue for conferences accommodating up to 400 delegates.

The tiered and fully equipped Jarvis auditorium is let in conjunction with the Florence Hall as an exhibition and refreshment area. The Florence Hall is an inspiring environment for networking with floor-to-ceiling windows leading out onto a private roof terrace.

The RIBA Venues Day Delegate package from £68.00* per person includes:

Room hire (from 08.00 – 17.00)

  • The purpose-built Jarvis auditorium which can seat up to 400 theatre style.
  • The Florence Hall as a catering and exhibition area which boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and access to an adjoining roof terrace.
  • Registration area
  • Manned cloakroom

Audio-Visual in the Jarvis auditorium

  • Use of the LCD projector and screen (High Definition 1920 x 1024 resolution, 10,000 lumen projection system 16:9 & 4:3 aspect ratio)
  • Lectern with preview monitor, microphones and remote control
  • Full sound system including: top table microphones, 3 x hand held radio microphones or lapel radio microphones
  • Induction loop
  • Lighting: Fully controllable lighting system
  • PC or Apple computer
  • Wi-Fi (not suitable for web streaming)
  • The services of an audio-visual technician throughout

Catering

Morning Arrival

  • Tea, coffee and mini-pastries
  • Still and sparkling water

Mid-morning break

  • Tea, coffee and biscuits
  • Still and sparkling water

Hot fork buffet lunch

  • A hot fork buffet menu. This includes a meat and fish main course, a vegetarian main course,  a side, a salad and one dessert
  • Fresh fruit
  • Juice and still and sparkling water
  1. These menus are designed for a standing fork buffet reception, if you require a seated buffet there will be an additional charge of £3.50 per person.

Mid-afternoon break

  • Tea, coffee and hand-baked cake bites
