Guests gathered at BMA House’s blossoming garden for the first of two pop up events hosted at the Bloomsbury venue as part of the Chelsea Fringe Festival. Celebrating all things green and garden guests were inspired by a presentation on how gardens, plant medicines and ‘green prescriptions’ contribute to the health and wellbeing of patients.
Kathryn Winfield, Events Sales Manager for BMA House venue said: “Hosting the Chelsea Fringe Festival has offered us a fantastic opportunity to showcase our delightful secret garden with its abundance of medicinal plants and beautiful feature pond. Event organisers booking with us are free to enjoy the garden for break outs throughout the summer. Have some fun outside and challenge delegates to spot the plants and learn about their unique qualities with our free fact sheet.”
The lectures concluded with a tour of the BMA Mind Garden followed by evening of networking and refreshing food and drink served by in-house caterers BaxterStorey.
Accommodating up to 90 guests the flowering BMA Mind Garden offers a charming and tranquil spot for intimate social gatherings and receptions.
